Yes — Plumbing Squad runs 24/7 across LA County and Orange County specifically to support commercial operators who can't afford daytime downtime. We schedule restaurant work overnight, retail and office work nights or weekends, and medical/dental work around appointment blocks. Our techs come prepared with the full inventory and tools to complete the work in a single window — no second-trip surprises. We coordinate with property management, security access, and tenant notifications as needed.
Yes — Plumbing Squad's CSLB #1081283 (C-36 Plumbing + B General Building) lets us pull permits in every LA County and Orange County jurisdiction. We submit plans, manage plan-check corrections, meet the inspector on-site for rough-in and final, and close out the permit. For commercial tenant improvements we coordinate with your GC, architect, and the city building department. All permit fees, plan-check fees, and inspection scheduling are handled through us — you get a closed permit and a final card.
